Hi! I'm Nicola
I'm 24 years old, from Milton Keynes and a soon to be Personal Trainer.
I've never considered myself a sporty person, I sucked at PE and could barely run a minute without feeling like I couldn't breathe. Outside of school, I danced from the age of 5 until I graduated in 2017. This was the one activity I didn't feel terrible at. It wasn't until I started going to the gym at university that I realised I wasn't inherently bad at exercise and sports, I just needed to find what I enjoyed doing and that you don't need to be the best as long as you have fun doing it! (Looking back this is why I stuck to dance for so long).
This is where my blog comes in. I want to share with you what I know, the things I wish I knew earlier, helpful tips and how much regular exercise, in whatever form you choose, can have a huge positive impact on both your mental and physical health
Hopefully, this will inspire some of you to find a way of moving that excites you, so you can create the happiest and healthiest version of yourself.
