Hi! I'm Nicola

I'm a 25yr old Personal Trainer based in Solihull.

When I was younger I never considered myself a sporty person, I sucked at PE and could barely run a minute without feeling like I couldn't breathe. Outside of school, I danced from the age of 5 until I graduated in 2017. This was the one activity I didn't feel terrible at. It wasn't until I started going to the gym at university that I realised I wasn't inherently bad at exercise and sports, I just needed to find what I enjoyed doing. I also realised you don't need to be the best as long as you have fun doing it! (Looking back this is why I stuck to dance for so long).


A few facts about me:

1. My personal preferred training style is Functional Fitness/CrossFit

2. My favorite way to stay active when traveling is Scuba Diving & Ocean Swims

 3. Brownies are my favourite form of cake

4. A life goal is to get a house by the ocean and fill it with animals

As a Personal Trainer, my focus is on helping you create sustainable habits that you enjoy. I want to provide you with the necessary tools to take control of your health and fitness, reach your goals and create the happiest and healthiest version of you!
